Membership Contact Form

If you are a member of our Westside Missionary Baptist Church family, then this message is for you!!! As the new year approaches we want to ensure we are in communication with ALL of our members. Please complete the contact form and return to the church. There will be a box placed in the foyer to drop it off and collected each Sunday. If you know of someone who is unable to come to church, please get a form filled out for them and return on their behalf so they can be accounted for on our membership role.
